9 Sleeping Hacks You Should Know

Hey guys, I know it's been a while I posted and I'm sorry about that, so let's get talking.
Most people deal with having difficulty in sleeping and I'm gonna share some tips to help deal with that. You can also share with family and friends. Here they are :

1. Try staying awake : Our minds have a way of playing with us by doing the opposite of what we want. If you try to stay awake to do something, your sleep that night is usually sweet. So also use this method when you want to sleep.

2. Try listening to music on a low volume and keep your room dark. I mean the soft kind of music. When your room is cool, dark and some soft music playing at the background, you're going to have a sound sleep. For me, I enjoy Yanni and Enya.

3. Try to make your room cool. I know in Nigeria because of the lack of power, this will be difficult for some Nigerians. But you can still try something by cleaning your room, arranging clothes that lie around the room, if you have net on your window, open the curtains and keep the room dark.

4. Try reading a book : This is one of the best sleeping hacks. It doesn't have to be some serious book. You can also try something you find boring.

5. Try asking a friend to help give you a mild massage, rub your hair or clean your fingernails and toenails as you lay in bed. The person won't be able to clean all before you doze off.

6. Try going to bed about the same time everyday. When you go to bed almost the same time everyday, your body will start programming itself that way.

7. Eat banana. According to experts, consuming the right food that is high in magnesium, potassium and vitamin b can help relieve insomnia and bananas contain these. Next time you find it hard sleeping, grab some bananas and eat.

8. Make a list. As humans, some of us find it hard to sleep because of our activities for the next day. We become so nervous, so making a to do list will help out.

9. Have a good sex. We cannot overemphasize the importance of having good sex.
It helps a lot. So if you have a partner, you should try it out.
